All merchandise that is not defective must be returned within 15 days of receipt.  All merchandise must be in the same condition as when received, not resized or changed in any way and must also be in the original packaging.  Returns must be approved by email before being sent back.

If the item is defective, please email me.  Defective items must be returned within 20 days of receipt.

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

2. Return the item either via USPS, FedEx or UPS, signature requested.

Please note that if you return an item, a shipping charge of $15.00 will be deducted from the reimbursement.

FOREIGN BUYERS --

Please be aware that import taxes may apply.  These taxes must be paid by the buyer.  In case of a return, Gems-is-Me may have to pay duty taxes.  These taxes and any expenses incurred by Gems-is-Me will be deducted from the reimbursement amount.
