All merchandise may be returned within 20 days of receipt.  All merchandise must be in the same condition as when received, not resized or changed in any way and must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

2. Return the item either via USPS, FedEx or UPS, signature requested.

The returned merchandise will be credited by Amazon.com to your payment method.

Please note that if you return an item, shipping will be not reimbursed.

You may be charged "import taxes" or similar duties when you receive your package.  Gems-is-Me is not responsible for these charges.  Please inquire from your local authorities as to which charges you will incur on receiving your package.  If you should return the package to Gems-is-Me, you will not be refunded for these charges.
