I ship items as fast as possible so you may enjoy.  Many times items will be in stock and can be sent faster than the delivery time listed on the product page.  But, sometimes items need to be ordered and will take a longer time.

If you have a date by which you need delivery, please be sure to contact me.  If I cannot meet that date, I will email you as soon as possible so you may choose to cancel the order or choose a different item.

Remember--I will work with you to ensure that your product arrives in a timely manner.

You may be charged "import taxes" or similar duties when you receive your package.  Gems-is-Me is not responsible for these charges.  Please inquire from your local authorities as to which charges you will incur on receiving your package.  If you should return the package to Gems-is-Me, you will not be refunded for these charges.
